Supply chain stops reconciling suppliers and chasing documents by hand
Supplier spend is spread across systems no one reconciles, the three-way match runs invoice by invoice by hand, and the certificates and receiving records that prove a shipment are chased over email. We build the systems that take that work, from your data up.
Supplier spend lives in systems that were never reconciled
Supplier and category spend sits in the ERP, in supplier portals, and in spreadsheets reconciled by memory, so one supplier shows up three ways and no single number covers what you spend with it. We clean that data once, in code, and put an agent on top that builds the cut you ask for in plain language, with a standing audit that flags duplicate suppliers, split orders, and price variance.
The three-way match runs by hand, one invoice at a time
Every supplier invoice gets matched against its purchase order and its receiving record by hand before it can be paid. Someone opens the invoice, finds the PO, confirms the goods were received, and works out who is allowed to approve it. We pull the invoice from the mailbox, reconcile it against the PO and the receipt, and route it against your delegation-of-authority matrix, so the team stops being the match-and-route layer.
The documents that prove a shipment are chased over email
A supplier's ISO certificate, its certificate of insurance, a certificate of conformance on a delivered lot, the receiving record behind a payment: each one is proof you are asked to produce, and each one lives in an inbox or a folder. We move them into a database as a versioned, access-controlled record, attributed to who added it and when, so the current certificate is the one you find instead of the one someone last emailed.
