/ services / agent workforce
Named agents take the repetitive work, your people keep the judgment
Every role has work it repeats by hand: the reconciliation, the invoice routing, the same report rebuilt every month. We build a named agent for that work, on your own data and in your own cloud, so the person moves to the judgment the work was always about.
A named agent is a teammate for the work a role repeats by hand
Each agent is a new team member hired for one thing: the work a role does by hand, the same way, every day. Finance reconciles and categorizes. Procurement plans and re-keys the orders. AP reads invoices off the mailbox and routes them. That work is repetitive and rule-shaped, so we staff it with an agent.
We build each one on your own data first, then deploy it into your own cloud as software you own. It does the repetitive work the role has always carried. The person keeps the work that needs a decision.
/ the roster
New team members, each on the work a role repeats
Reconciles the transactions and categorizes each one once, for tax and for management. Drafts the close, flags duplicate and off-policy spend, and builds the cut of spend you ask for in plain language.
A controller signs off.
See the systems ›Plans supply and demand and drafts the orders. Runs vendor and MRO analysis and forecasts from the data.
A buyer approves.
See the systems ›Pulls invoice and quote attachments out of the mailbox and extracts the vendor, line items, and amount. Checks each against your delegation-of-authority matrix and routes it to the person who can sign for it.
An approver signs.
See the systems ›Keeps the controlled-document lifecycle moving through draft, review, approved, and effective. Flags contradictions across effective documents and drafts new ones from templates.
QA approves, and no one approves their own work.
See the systems ›Turns a request into one record, from concept to disposal, with IRR and NPV live on every read. Briefs the approver and cites the records behind every number.
A person decides.
See the systems ›One agent per function, and a person keeps every decision
Five roles, five agents. Each takes the work its role repeats by hand, and each keeps a named person on the decision.
Every agent proposes and cites its records, and a person signs off
Every output is a proposal. The agent reaches your real records, cites the ones behind each number, and hands the result to a person to approve. It never writes on its own, so the judgment never leaves the team.
The whole thing runs in your own cloud, and every action runs under an identity that fails closed, so an agent with no identity gets nothing. This is the pattern we run our own company on: contracts, CRM, delivery, and finance move agent-driven over MCP, and a person stays on the sign-off. A delivery milestone becomes an invoice, reconciled and categorized, with a controller on the approval.
