Handing agents the work only holds up if their access is bounded. Every action runs under an identity that fails closed, so an agent with no identity gets nothing. Five categories run this way: contracts and signing, CRM, delivery and engagement tracking, finance and accounting through tax and managerial categorization, and our own dev-workflow orchestration. They share one record, so a delivery milestone becomes an invoice, reconciled and categorized, with a person only on the sign-off.
